Giám đốc công ty tôi thường xuyên yêu cầu nhân viên đi làm vào các dịp nghỉ lễ với lý do cần hoàn thành công việc gấp, sau đó sắp xếp cho nghỉ bù vào hôm khác, xin hỏi việc này có đúng luật không?
