Lỡ ký hợp đồng với điều khoản 'vô đạo đức', giờ phải làm sao?

Tôi rất muốn hợp tác nhưng đối tác lại đưa ra hợp đồng với nhiều điều kiện mà nếu thực hiện sẽ vi phạm pháp luật hoặc vi phạm đạo đức. Xin hỏi, nếu lỡ ký rồi thì tôi có thay đổi được nữa không?
