Tiền hối lộ núp bóng lì xì Tết cho con sếp

Dịp Tết Nguyên đán 2017, nhiều người mách tôi muốn "nịnh sếp" thay vì biếu quà hãy lì xì số tiền tương ứng mừng tuổi con sếp.

Xin hỏi nếu tặng tiền lớn, tôi có bị coi là đưa hối lộ không? Pháp luật quy định thế nào về việc tặng quà sếp.
