'Sống thử' như vợ chồng, vi phạm quy định nào?

Tôi quản lý khu nhà trọ, người thuê lúc đầu ở một mình, sau đưa người yêu về chung sống.

Việc "sống thử" này vi phạm quy định gì, nếu xảy ra vi phạm pháp luật thì tôi liên đới trách nhiệm thế nào?
